Internal Assessment and Evaluation
The system of awarding marks to the students will be not only in studies but also in various criteria like enthusiasm, discipline, punctuality and grooming

  • The performance of the students in theory and practice will be communicated to parents once in 3 months.
  • Weekly test and unit tests will be conducted every week on Saturdays.
  • The terminal model examination in theory and practical will be conducted in the portions pertaining to that particular semester in all the subjects.
  • Academic achievements by the university always 100%.
  • Clinical practice, presentation of care study, case study and nursing rounds.
  • Participation in symposium, seminar, panel discussion, continuing Nursing Education, Scientific and Academic Forum, Integrated teaching, Red Ribbon Club and Journal club activities.
  • Participation in inter-collegiate quiz competition.
  • Research project study in the Clinicals / field.
  • Field activities such as home visits, home nursing procedures, health education activities and cooking demonstration.
  • Organizing puppet shows, role play, skit, mime, Lilliput & poster presentation in clinicals / urban and rural health centres.
  • Organizing school health services antenatal clinic, under 5 clinic, immunization clinic & pulse polio programme
  • Records such as log book, assignments, care study, drug book, case study and subject records.

Local Visits
The students will be taken for educational field visits in all the semesters to enrich their knowledge in the respective area.
